Daytona Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Daytona Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. First Iโ€™d like to preface this by saying, this is a great golf course. Itโ€™s improved a lot over the years and it is a great place to polish your short game. Some holes have closed for renovation, which hasnโ€™t been reflected in the price, but for $18 (during the Summer) you canโ€™t really complain. With that being said, a word of warning for those who encounter an employee named John. John is one of the employees of Oceans Golf Club, and quickly turned my years of enjoyment at this golf course, to a place I will never return to. He kicked me off the golf course for numerous reasons he came up with on the fly. First it was pace of play. When I had checked in, I was told to be off the course by 6:30. I told John that wouldnโ€™t be a problem and that Iโ€™d be off before then. At around 6:10, John decided he wanted to go home, and wanted kicked me off the golf course for pace of play, saying I shouldnโ€™t be here. Shortly after, he changed his mind, saying he would give me 20 minutes to finish (I had 3 holes left to play). About 5 minutes later he finds me on the next hole, telling me Iโ€™m a liar and that Iโ€™ve been playing too many golf balls, that I donโ€™t have my own clubs (even though I do

Good course to hit short irons and wedges, and even though 2 greens are being worked on, the tees, greens and approaches have DBGC beat by a ton... don't know how accurate the yardage markers are. Be aware, they now have groups all week long early a.m.

Cheap but high quality par 3 course with 14 holes and 2 chipping/putting greens. The greens and tee boxes are very well maintained and the course is easy to play and fun.

I was going back to jacksonville, from orlando I was looking for a place to go on the way back, and I found this online and I am very happy that I had stopped the staff in there. Was very friendly, and the Golf course was very, very nice, and well kept

This is simply a wonderful little jem. Yes, itโ€™s an โ€œold mansโ€ course. 13 holes, none longer than about 125 yards. There are no traps or water on the course, but there are some drop offs if you miss the green. Some mild disease on the greens, but they putt true with medium pace. But for $12โ€ฆ awesome and easy to walk. I suspect it used to be a 9 hole executive course with a couple drivable par 4โ€™s, but they chopped them down because too many balls were hitting the condos the course wraps around. I played the course at 8am and finished in about an hour.
